Receiving any of the bachelor’s degrees in Business from Taylor will prepare you to enter the business world with the confidence to exceed expectations and stand out as a Christian business leader. Whether you are looking to create new products, analyze data for investment opportunities, or create detailed marketing plans, our Business curriculum will provide you with a solid foundation in the basic principles of accounting, finance, business law, economics, marketing, and management.
Each major in the Business department equips you with an exceptional education and the faith integration you will need to develop an ethical responsibility for business. The ACBSP-accredited Business department will prepare you for whatever career path you choose—from nonprofit to Fortune 500 to government work. You’ll complete your degree confidence in real-world experience, and able to employ knowledge, integrity, judgment, and leadership in today’s business world. 
Through a student-run endowment fund, semester-long courses preparing students for the CPA exam, practicum experiences, and extensive alumni connections, you’ll be more than prepared to start your career in business. Most importantly, you’ll be prepared to make a positive imprint on the workplace why fully engaging and performing with excellence and integrity as servant-leaders.

Taylor offers numerous opportunities to learn and grow as a future business person, including opportunities to work with the university’s Endowment Team to invest $5 million of the university’s endowment, join Taylor’s nationally ranked Ethics Bowl team and compete against other universities nationwide, and connect with local entrepreneurs and businesspeople.
To increase students’ international understanding of business, Taylor offers both long- and short-term overseas experiences in Lithuania, China, Honduras, and many more locations. Tour facilities, train novice entrepreneurs, meet company executives, and grapple with the challenges facing businessmen and businesswomen on a global scale.

Our required practicums expose Business students to real-world organizations to prepare them for future careers. Many Business students who complete practicums receive job offers from their employers before they graduate. Academic advisors have connected previous students to positions at Calamos Investments, Hope International, Wal-Mart, JD Norman Industries, and the Department of Defense.
Graduates of Taylor University’s Business department have gone on to work at many big-name organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, the Department of Defense, and Wal-Mart Corporation. Alumni and employers regularly call the department, asking for graduates they can hire. The Calling and Career Office also has many connections to place students in the best position for their calling. With a success rate of 97%, Taylor business students have no reason to worry about finding post-graduation jobs, internships, or graduate school placements.
