In need of a new clipper plugin with multi-band distortion, preset save, downsample, EQ and much more, on a small budget? Wings Music’s Fire comes from developer Jerryuhoo, whose own music you can find on NetEase and SoundCloud.
The free plugin is housed in a nice-looking GUI, with easy-to-navigate controls. You’ll find two main tabs: Band Effect and Global Effect. Use the colour-coded buttons to cycle between different effects.
Fire from Wings Music is currently still in beta. The latest pre-release version 0.9.5 introduced some new features like Solo and Bypass buttons. The plugin will reportedly remain free after the beta release, so you may want to wait until the public release for stability. It’s available for Windows, macOS and Linus in AU and VST3 formats.
