Activate Marketing Services, a demand generation provider for B2B brands, acquired lead gen and appointment setting firm Green Leads. The acquisition seeks to enhance Activate’s current offerings through the addition of Green Lead’s lead generation, U.S.-based global SDR and appointment generation resources.
The infusion of Green Leads’ capabilities seeks to add more advanced lead gen capabilities and new appointment generation services to Activate’s portfolio of full-funnel demand solutions. Additionally, the acquisition will help Green Leads accelerate expansion across all product lines.

The acquisition is effective immediately, and Green Leads will continue to operate as a standalone business.
