A single mum from the Northern Lincolnshire town of Scunthorpe, who works four jobs, was given a massive surprise when a wealthy businessman decided to invest in her business following a TV house swap.
Sue appeared on Channel 5's Rich House, Poor House on Sunday, 11 September, where she swapped with wealthy businessman Nick. At the end of the episode, Sue broke down in tears after he offered her help to start up her own business.
Sue is hoping to start up her own food business, with Nick offering to buy a food wagon or van for her. In a touching moment, Sue said she would grab the opportunity "with both hands", reports Birmingham Live.

Nick and his partner run a racing stable in Lincolnshire that has an annual turnover of over £4 million. However, Sue lives in a two bed terrace with son James, working seven days a week doing whatever she can to get by. Sue is a carer, a cleaner and even works at car boots on a Sunday.
Even with all these jobs, after bills, Sue and teenage son James only have around £70 a week to live on. Sue said she hoped the programme would be a way to be inspired by how the other half live, with Nick aiming to show his two young girls how lucky they are.
A the end of the emotional episode, Nick told Sue: ""My friend runs a food company and she advises people on how to get going in the food industry and I've arranged [for us] to go and see them and have a food business consultation. The aim is to basically give you the opportunity to do the food project that you've talked about and we'd also like to buy you a food wagon or van."
Following the offer, Sue broke down in tears, overwhelmed by his generosity. Dumbfounded, she said: " "I don't know what to say to you both.
"I just want to give you both a big hug." She added, after turning to the camera,: "I'm going to grab this opportunity with both hands and run with it.
"I can't tell you how over the moon I am." Rich House, Poor House airs on Channel 5 and is also available for catch up on My 5.
